Maintenance Tips

Using a broom, clean the bottom of the door (weather stripping) while the garage door is in the "up" position. This will keep debris from accumulating on the door and blocking the eye beams.

Oil the garage door, rollers, and springs twice a year.

Using a damp cloth, clean eye beams at bottom of door at least twice a year. Floating debris such as cobwebs, leaves, and grass will stop the door from closing.
