Called them first thing in the am and they came right out. Lots of discussion about the problem and the several options to solve it. We decided to take a long term fix and replace the hardware and opener.

They returned the next day on time and with all the parts. The job took about 2 hours and they were clean and professional. My quick research online said the price was fair, which was a good sign to me. Overall, I hope this fixes the issue and we're done but I'd use them again. Primarily because of the communication and their promptness.

These guys were great. It was the Jimmy John's of garage door repair. I honestly expected it to take four to five times as long as it did. The lead technician (I'm thinking his name was Bob) gave me good advice, had no trouble AT ALL answering my twenty million questions, he wasn't pushy, he didn't sell me anything I didn't need, he threw in new rollers/wheels with the opener and he even made me laugh a lot. I strangely felt no sorrow as my 480$ traded hands. One big plus was that they were ON TIME! My time is my most valuable resource. They gave me a window of between 1:00 and 3:00 p.m and showed up about 1:45 p.m. Hopefully I don't need their services for a quite a while but when that time comes they'll be hearing from me.

If you are looking for service, just stop now. These guys are awesome! Shawn came out on time and was very professional. He quickly determined the problem and offered various solutions at different price points. As a new homeowner, it was a breath of fresh air to have a company just not immediately say something is old and the whole system had to be replace. Yes, its an older garage door and eventually will need to be totally replace. And when it does I will be calling Shawn and Quality Door Services to do the work! Best home repair service I've had so far with this older house.

Wow. I'm impressed. They've got the customer service thing down! Everything about getting my garage door repaired was so simple and pleasant. Have you ever said that about a home repair team? I'm still kinda shocked at how great my service was...from the initial phone call, the estimate to the repair...PLEASANT!! I even told DM, the gentleman that was repairing the door opener, that a previous technician, from another company, had told me that I needed the wheels replaced. I asked him to tell me what he thought. He told me they were still in good shape and could be kept. He repaired my issue, oiled up my hinges and was just a genuinely nice guy...still in a good mood despite the fact that he was working in 100+ degree (feels like) temperature. I would refer this team to anyone and everyone. Use them. You won't be disappointed.

I can't say enough about the response time, professionalism, and willingness to work with my schedule, of Quality Door Service. My garage door broke Memorial Day evening. I was able to take pictures of the issue via the Yelp app and send to them last night. First thing this morning they called, told me what they thought they would need to do based on the pictures. I was told they could be here between 12-2. No one could be here until 1. He said he would try and work with that time, but because of the holiday might not be able to take care of my door until tomorrow. However, I got the phone call and by 2, they were here. Looked at the garage door and made a recommendation, saving me $60. Made the repair, lubricated everything, gave some maintenance advice, and gave me a Yelp discount! I have now informed my HOA, that if they have issues with their garage doors, we have a local company to use.

I have to add my 5 stars to the other glowing reviews of Quality Door Service. I called Bob just at closing one night because I couldn't get the garage door to close. He asked if I had an attached garage and, when I said yes, he told me to call a company that worked 24 hours as he thought it was unwise to have access to my house so easy. He also told me to check a couple of things that might help and then told me to call him back. I did manage to get the door down manually and when I called him back he said he'd have someone at my house first thing the next day. Sean came out and fixed the problem and also changed the rollers and told me about maintenance. Now I have a perfectly functioning garage door which is nearly silent. I'll never use any other door service and all my friends will know about this company and their excellent service!!

Our garage door broke today and after calling many companies (who wanted a deposit of $30-$200 just to look at it, we called Quality Door Service. It happened to be just as they were closing. Instead of scheduling an appointment the next day, Bob suggested we watch a video to see if we could fix it ourselves. It worked! This is a company that thrives on honesty. If ever another problem arises, this will be the first company we call.
